Providing reliable reservation services for conference venue and effective connections towards related government departments.
International Planning Department take incharges of planning and operations of outbound tours from Japan. Mainly focus on enterprise business trip, MPs (Members of Parliment). Starting from planning to operations, meetings the expectations of customers to fulfill their trip and create memorable experiences. Arranging tours with a reasonable price based on market trends and customers desire.
Tour Guides Management Center: Management, training, assigning and recuiting of tour guides.
Form by 5 team, including 102 full-time guides and over 200 signed tours guides.
Our standard for Tour Guide is: Treat customers as your family, work with efficiency, obey the law, create good connections between Japan and China. Capability to recieve not only regular inbound tourists, but also having experience of recieving high-end travelers, government officials, and mega events. At the mean time we also have a complete risk management system to deal with any kind of emergency situation.
Market Department: Incharge of marketing research and business operation.
Marketing Research: Collect information, analyse and collect statistic of Chinese-Japan tourism industry, provide data and theory support for company's strategy decision making. Provide advisory for operation team, and information for partners agents.
Business Operation: Develop new customers while maintaining regualr customers, improve product quality, exploitation of the market, provide advisory for product design to meet the market demands and promote company's brand, increace reputation of the company based on company's marketing strategies.
Information Tracking: Provide, record real-time information and data to operation department and tour guide management center for further implementation.
Research & Development Department: Design itinerary that meets company's marketing strategies and and take in consideration of customers needs, recreation facilitiesand costs, while fitting the concept of eco-friendly.
Develope secondary tourism resources, product packaging, utilize and maintanance according to market demands in order to built up the characteristic of the product. Also, conduct research on existing product, collecting feedbacks for development program. Carry out different itinerery for different seasons and vacations.
Reservation Center: Provide full range reservation service including gourmet, accomodation, destination, shopping etc.. for inbound visitors, professional groups and customise tour.
Provide reservation service on restaurants based on customers numbers and special needs. Creates long trem partnership with local hotels, chain hotels, hot spring hotels and restaurant by pre-reserving. Also, contract with local bus companies ensure the SIC service is avaliable year long. Our team are also experienced in operating in segmentation of entertainment, business, government affairs and health& wellness etc. to fulfill your needs.
Hokkaido Branch office is located in Sapporo, Japan. Runs by an experienced team that mainly focus on visitors from China, Singapore, Thailand and other South East Asian countries. Based on customers requirements, we could recomend to you tours that are overwhelmed with the characteristic of Hokkaido, also customise tour for group travel and FITs. Variety selection of tours and high quality service is what we aimed to provide.
Tokyo Branch office is located in Tokyo, Japan. Mainly focus on the ground arrangement of inbound tours to Honshu area. Provide reservation service for accomodations, transportations, guides, gourmets, exchange program, conferences, tickets for tourists spot, also ensure and design tourism itinerary. By cooperating with government tourism organizations and local travel agents, we promise to provede quality service for your trip.
Beijing Stationed office is located in Beijing, China. Work as a representative agency of Ocean Travel Agency in China, create connections within travel agencies from Mainland China. Also, Beijing Stationed office are also authorise to manage outbound tours from China, including visa applications, reservations, ground arrangements, quotations and itinerary design.
